Belmont SWCD Meeting Changes

The Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District (Belmont SWCD) will
hold its regular monthly meeting one week later during the month of June. The
meeting previously scheduled for Monday, June 9, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. will be moved
to Monday, June 16, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. The meeting location will remain at the
Belmont SWCD office located at 1119 E. Main St., Barnesville, Ohio 43713.
Belmont County residents are encouraged to attend Belmont
SWCD monthly meetings which are normally the second Monday of each month at 8:00
p.m. at the Belmont SWCD office. For more information contact Belmont SWCD at
740-425-1100 Ext. 3.

open to the public. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. There will be mower &
tedding demonstrations, educational discussion of proper timing for tedding hay,
self-guided tour of the Eastern Agricultural Research Station, and raking,
baling and wrapping demonstrations.

Regularly Scheduled Board Meetings
Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District Board Meetings are open to the public. Residents and landowners are encouraged to attend. The regular monthly board meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of each month.
Please note: Special Meetings are posted in, no less than, the Times Leader, Barnesville Enterprise and on the website. Emergency Meetings are posted on the website and at the USDA Service Center. Any person wishing to be notified of Special and Emergency Meetings may request notification from the Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District Office at 740-425-1100 Ext. 3.
