Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information for Belmont County Landowners through broadcast and print media. The District prints a newsletter 6 times a year to keep readers informed of news and upcoming event and meetings. The District Cooperator Newsletter is published February, April, June, August, October and December of each year. The Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District 2006 Cash Basis Report and 2006 Annual Report are now available at the Belmont SWCD office located at 1119 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio 43713, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
