Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information for Belmont County Landowners through broadcast and print media. The District prints quarterly newsletters to keep readers informed of news, upcoming event and meetings. The District Cooperator Newsletter is published winter, spring, summer and fall of each year. The Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District Cash Basis Reports and Annual Reports are  available at the Belmont SWCD office located at 101 N. Market Street St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Belmont SWCD would like to congratulate Mark Holland for winning the 2011 Big Tree contest featuring Hickory trees.  Mark Holland won the contest with a tree that measured 8' in circumference, 104' in height and had an average crown spread of 68'.
