Belmont Soil & Water Conservation District works with landowners to provide technical assistance with timber management and logging jobs. Our Forestry/Wildlife Specialist also does logging site investigations.

The Wildlife/Forestry Specialist provides the following technical services to Belmont County landowners:

  • Timber Management Planning & Recommendations
  • Forest Management Plan

  • Conducts the Big Tree Contest
